A New Model Approach for Vulnerability to Assess Seawater Intrusion Risk for Monastir Aquifer System, Tunisia

This paper presents the theory and application of a new vulnerability method (RIHM). The is applied on Monastir shallow aquifer system, Tunisia. results have been concluded from other established assessment methods DRASTIC, SINTACS GALDIT. As known, DRASTIC are not designed for seawater intrusion contamination but useful to build model approach assess groundwater intrusion.
